We offer a full probate service, working closely with solicitors and private clients. Our goal is to make the whole process as easy as possible. We provide the following services; -

We will be pleased to guide you through the difficult process of probate from start to finish and will provide you with a written probate valuation. We provide this document, a legal necessity, for �200. When required, we can then provide a full house clearance service, leaving the property clean and tidy ready sale / transfer.
Furthermore we have over twenty years experience in dealing with antiques and collectables and will be able to offer free advice to clients on how to achieve the best prices for items they wish to sell. We will be happy to transport any items to any destinations, whether they are being sold or retained.
We understand that the whole issue of probate valuation can be distressing and we are committed to providing a probate valuation service that is sensitive to this and enables our clients to complete the process with ease.

We transport waste to responsible recycling facilities. Items that can be re-used or re-sold are taken to a wide range of businesses and charities to sell as second hand goods. We are very happy to discuss with clients exactly what will happen to the items we clear. |
